  Ordered an iPhone there last week that was supposed to arrive on Thursday. Oh, they would call me when it came in, and I was assured it would arrive in a day or two. Well, they never called and when I finally called the store, I was told it would arrive Friday and they would call as soon as it arrived. It's the following week and I STILL haven't heard anything. Given that the store is empty all the time, I'm surprised they couldn't bother to follow up. But as the one guy helped me, his coworker was watching videos on his phone and laughing. No wonder they don't have time to contact paying customers. **UPDATE**: I decided to order the phone from a real Verizon store (not a n authorized reseller) but I had to cancel the Macedon store order first. I called the store and the rep who answered said, "Oh, yeah! It's been here for a few days" When I said I wanted to cancel, she said "Sure, no problem!" Made NO effort to sell me the phone they had or to apologize. Found out from the store where I ended up buying it that the Macedon store was charging me $50 MORE on the same phone. I had assumed the charges were the same--THEY'RE NOT. Authorized stores can add a "surcharge."
